Landscape Design That Shapes the Entire Outdoor Environment — Not Just What’s Around the Pool

Our degreed landscape architects design everything from patios and plantings to grading, drainage, and lighting — so your outdoor space works as one unified environment. Whether your project includes a pool or starts from a blank yard, we bring the same design-build expertise to every landscape.

What We Design & Build

Landscape Services

Every element is designed together from day one — so materials relate, drainage works, and the finished space feels intentional rather than assembled.

Patios & Hardscaping

Natural stone, pavers, flagstone, and concrete patios custom-designed for your space. Retaining walls, seat walls, and raised planters that define zones and manage grade changes.

Planting Design

Thoughtful planting plans that consider seasonality, mature growth, soil conditions, and sun exposure. Native species, ornamental trees, perennial beds, and privacy screening.

Grading & Drainage

Proper grading protects your home, pool, and hardscaping from water damage. We design drainage solutions that move water where it needs to go — away from your investment.

Walkways & Paths

Stone, paver, and concrete walkways that connect your home to your outdoor spaces — designed for function, safety, and visual flow through the landscape.

Landscape Lighting

Low-voltage LED landscape lighting that extends your outdoor enjoyment after dark. Path lights, uplighting, accent lighting, and pool-area illumination designed as one integrated system.

Sustainable Design

Native plantings, rain gardens, permeable pavers, and water-smart irrigation. Landscapes that look beautiful and work with Pennsylvania’s climate, not against it.

Your Style, Your Space

Landscape Styles We Design

Our architects work in every aesthetic direction. Most projects blend elements from more than one — the goal is always a landscape that feels like it belongs to your home.

Natural & Sustainable

Native plants, natural stone, rain gardens, and pollinator-friendly designs that work with Pennsylvania’s ecosystem rather than against it. Low long-term maintenance, high environmental impact.

Contemporary & Clean

Geometric hardscaping, minimalist plantings, linear water features, and architectural specimen trees. Sharp edges, restrained palette, and a sense of order that feels both modern and livable.

Resort & Tropical

Lush layered plantings, natural stone, tropical-feel hardy plants, and immersive pool surrounds that feel like a permanent vacation. We select cold-hardy species that achieve the look in our climate.

Traditional & Classic

Symmetrical beds, formal hedges, brick or bluestone hardscaping, and timeless designs that complement colonial, federal, and traditional home architecture — the kind of landscape that gets more beautiful every decade.

Our Design Process

From Site Assessment to Finished Landscape

A thoughtful, collaborative process — with 3D renderings before any work begins, so what you approve is exactly what gets built.

01

Site Assessment

We examine your property, assess soil, sun, and drainage patterns, and discuss your vision, preferences, and budget in detail.

02

3D CAD Design

Our architects create detailed 3D renderings so you can see the finished landscape before any work begins. Revisions are collaborative and expected.

03

Permits & Build

We handle all permits and engineering requirements. Our in-house crews execute grading, hardscape, planting, and lighting — in the right sequence.

04

Walkthrough & Care

Final walkthrough with planting care instructions. Our maintenance team is available for ongoing landscape care if desired.
